Service footprint

Arizona, statewide

Mobile crews. No showroom and no walk-in counter — the samples come to your site.

Response time

Same day, typically

One business day at the outside. If a crew is on a spray window, the callback comes when the rig shuts down.

Ready to price a project instead?

The quote form asks the specific questions an estimator needs — space, size, slab condition, finish and timeline — so the first call is a confirmation rather than an interview.

Pick the right door

Call, contact form, or quote request — which one is actually faster?

All three reach the same people. They do not all reach them in the same shape, and choosing wrong is the most common reason a simple question takes three days instead of ten minutes.

Anything time-sensitive

Scheduling, an install date that has to move, a floor that is failing under equipment, a facility with a shutdown window closing. Voice is also the right call for a genuine back-and-forth technical question — whether a specific chemical exposure is compatible with a given topcoat is a two-minute conversation and a twenty-minute email thread.

Use the contact form

Questions without a project attached

Product and specification questions, warranty and maintenance follow-ups, supplier and subcontractor inquiries, or a homeowner who is eighteen months out and just gathering information. It routes by subject line, so a warranty note reaches the right person immediately rather than sitting in a general estimating queue.

Use the quote form

A real slab and a real budget

If you have a space you actually intend to coat, the quote form is faster than both of the others, because it captures square footage, surface condition, finish direction and timeline up front. That turns the first phone call into a confirmation instead of a twenty-question intake, and it typically removes a full day from the cycle.

Areas we cover

One phone number for the entire state

Arizona Polyurea works statewide from the low desert to the high country. The densest routes run through Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale and Peoria, and most weeks a crew is somewhere in that grid daily. Tucson, Sierra Vista and the southern corridor run on scheduled route days, as do Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona and the northern communities.

Where you are changes the specification, not just the drive time. A Yuma slab spends the summer above 150°F and needs a topcoat selected for that band. A Flagstaff garage sees freeze-thaw cycling and de-icing salt, which is a completely different design problem and a different primer strategy. Tell us the city when you get in touch and the conversation starts in the right place.

What to include when you describe a facility project

Residential work is easy to describe: a garage is a garage. Facility work is not, and the difference between a useful first message and a useless one is usually four or five sentences of detail that take you two minutes to write and save both of us a week.

The most important thing you can tell us is what the floor has to survive. "Warehouse floor, 14,000 square feet" describes an area. "Battery charging aisle with acid drip, steel-wheel pallet jacks and a wash-down every Friday" describes a specification. The second one gets you a build that lasts; the first one gets you a guess.

Tell us the operating window too. Almost every industrial coating decision is really a scheduling decision in disguise, and polyurea earns its price precisely where downtime is expensive. If you have a four-day holiday shutdown, a single overnight window, or a line that can be phased bay by bay, that constraint shapes the entire approach — crew size, phasing plan, cure sequencing and the number itself.

If you are a general contractor, an architect or a facility engineer working from a specification, send it. We will read the actual section, tell you plainly whether the specified system is right for the substrate and the exposure, and flag anything that will cause a problem in an Arizona building before it becomes a field change. Product data sheets, adhesion pull-test results and dry film thickness reports are all part of standard submittals on request.

Useful details for a facility quote

  • Total area and whether it can be released in phases
  • Substrate: slab-on-grade, elevated deck, steel, or existing coating
  • Traffic type — forklift, steel wheel, pallet jack, foot only
  • Chemical, thermal and wash-down exposure
  • Drains, trenches, coving, expansion and control joints
  • Any regulatory or health-department requirement to satisfy
  • Shutdown windows, blackout dates and access restrictions
  • Whether submittals, adhesion testing or thickness reports are required

Quick answers about reaching us

Technical questions about the material itself are answered at length on the FAQ page.

Go to the FAQ

How quickly will someone get back to me?

+

Calls placed during business hours are usually answered live, and if a crew is spraying and nobody picks up, the callback is normally the same day. Form submissions and email are typically answered within one business day, and most land the same afternoon. If something is genuinely urgent — a containment failure, a slab that has to be back in service Monday, a coating actively lifting under equipment — say so in the first line of your message and it moves to the front of the queue.

Do you have a showroom or an office I can visit?

+

No, and that is deliberate. We are a field operation: the trucks, the plural-component rigs and the crews are on job sites, not sitting in a retail space that you would ultimately pay for. Sample boards and flake and quartz color chips come to you on the site visit, which is more useful anyway — you get to hold a finish sample in the actual light of the actual space instead of under showroom fluorescents.

Can I send photos of my floor?

+

Please do. Photos are the fastest way to move a conversation forward, and they routinely save a wasted site visit in both directions. Email them to josh@contractorschoiceagency.com or mention them in the form and we will reply with a thread you can attach to. Shoot the worst areas rather than the best: cracks, spalled edges, stained or oily patches, any coating that is lifting, plus one wide shot from a doorway for scale.

Do you handle warranty and service calls through this page?

+

Yes. Pick the warranty or maintenance subject in the form, or call the same number, and tell us roughly when the floor was installed and what you are seeing. Most service calls turn out to be maintenance questions rather than defects — the wrong cleaner, a rubber mat left down on a hot floor, a dragged tool — and those get answered on the spot. Anything that looks like a genuine adhesion or color issue gets an in-person look.
